PUGACHEV

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 1, 2026.

These terms apply to the Pugachev SMS program under the Pugachev Luxury LifeStyle brand, operated by IMG Business Consulting LLC. Rental availability, booking details, charges, cancellation rules, and other rental conditions are provided in the agreement for the specific service you request; these messaging terms do not replace that agreement.

SMS Terms

Pugachev offers two optional SMS programs:

Each program requires its own consent. Both choices are unchecked by default on our web form. You must use a phone number you own or are authorized to use. Promotional messages may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, booking activity, and the programs you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile provider's plan for applicable charges.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. If both programs use the same sender, STOP stops both programs. A final message may confirm your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. A new web submission is a request for consent and does not override a carrier-level STOP block.

Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email info@pugachevservice.com or call +1 (605) 777-7715. If you have previously opted out, reply START to the sender to unblock SMS; you must also have consented to the particular program you wish to receive.

Delivery and verification codes

SMS delivery depends on your mobile provider and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Verification codes should be kept confidential. Pugachev will not ask you to disclose a login verification code to another person.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information, including SMS consent records. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
